This is a truly comfortable and technical all day sock for hiking. We've been massively impressed with the fit, moisture management and hence blister free performance. We'd call it a Spring/Autumn sock, as it's quite warm despite not being massively thick. We also love the colour so they don't get lost in the laundry!

The Drymax Hiking HD Sock is a High Density protective padded sock. Using dense padding, as opposed to thick padding, the Drymax Hiking HD Sock protects feet without adversely affecting the fit of the boots. The Hiking HD Socks were designed for use in cold to mild conditions, keeping feet dry, comfortable and odor free all day long. 

Independent lab tests confirm drymax socks stay up to 25 times drier than socks made with wicking fibers like Polyester, Acrylic, Nylon and Wool

  • DENSE PADDING - drymax level 3 cushion socks have approximately 43,200 terry loops per square inch. drymax socks are knit with dense terry loops to help keep them from quickly flattening out which better protects the feet

Excellent socks

Actually, I have to say these socks were way better than I expected. I started out with high hopes but they were perfect, very comfortable, warm and durable. I used them for ice climbing inside my winter boots and they performed very well.
