Brynje womens’ wool thermo light T-shirt.

T-shirt with round neck and short sleeves in a fine mesh knit. Lightweight, warm and with excellent moisture transport capability. Featuring a womens’ specific cut, with solid chest panel. Merino Wool (80%) and Polyamid(20%) is a perfect combination of materials, giving all the benefits of merino wool, with added robustness and stretch of the polyamide fibers. Thanks to Merino's excellent ability to regulate body temperature, this can be worn over a range of temperatures. The fine mesh adds more breathability, giving you all the qualities of wool with the performance of mesh.
Can be worn as a base layer with various garments over it.

Washing your Merino Wool product

Machine wash on wool program
Do not use chlorine or soak garment
Use wool detergent that does not contain enzymes / bleaches.
The garment should not be tumble-dried .
Remember not too much laundry in the washing machine.
Wool does not get dirty in the same way as other clothing, therefore, it is not necessary to wash it as often

Get and go

Got this on a friend’s recommendation in the build up to my first 50 mile mountain ultra. Kept it for half way / night section checkpoint so that I would have a change of comfort layer. For the remaining 9 hours I was warm and comfortable, despite heavy exertion. So good I forgot about it.

Unique winter top

I purchased this top last year to specifically be worn under my buffalo shirt in winter as I do not like having synthetics next to my skin and to hopefully eliminate the cold spots in the ventilated zip areas. It was a tricky job to find the right top as Buffalo shirts are supposed to be worn next to skin. However, being made of a very fine wool mesh, this top allows the Buffalo shirt to still do its job effectively, but the combination feels much nicer and I am pleased to report that the cold spots are now a thing of the past! It traps just enough heat to be cozy without overheating and excessive sweating. The zip regulates the excess heat from the front area quite well but I would like to see the next version with more mesh at the front - it doesn't need to cover much more than the sports bra area really. At the same time, it might be wise to reinforce the top of the shoulder area with normal merino fabric to avoid the mesh being damaged by the rubbing from rucksack straps (I haste to add that this has not happened with mine - more of a thought for the future). And whilst I was mainly wearing it with Buffalo, it is perfectly suitable to be worn on its own or under another layer. I'll also add that Nordic Life's customer service has been superb so far and I would not hesitate to come back.
